Senior Stibo STEP Platform Specialist (f/m)

At Bosch, the Stibo STEP Platform Team supports global digital transformation by ensuring that master data is consistent, secure, and accessible. The team is migrating from an on-premise infrastructure to a next-generation Stibo SaaS cloud platform, focusing on innovative master data management solutions.

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Practical experience administering and configuring the Stibo STEP platform; experience with STEP SaaS is a plus.
• Passion for dev-ops, automation, and AI-driven tools for code quality and testing.
• Solid understanding of ITIL-based IT operations, incident, problem and change management.
• Experience with on-premise server landscapes and cloud architectures.
• Highly analytical, self-driven mindset, thriving in agile environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a bonus but not required.

• Own technical quality standards for the platform, design and implement platform-exclusive features and development guidelines.
• Build robust transport-handling workflows and secure emergency-user concepts.
• Expand automated, AI-assisted code review solutions to improve code quality.
• Participate in the migration from on-premise servers to Stibo SaaS Cloud, contributing to cloud architecture design.
• Act as the main technical liaison with software vendor Stibo Systems and integration partners managing SLAs and upgrades.
• Provide 2nd/3rd level technical support and consultation for Bosch development and business teams.
• Analyze complex system behaviors, resolve incidents, and enhance automated monitoring.
• Prepare and support internal and external IT security and compliance audits to maintain platform compliance.
