Wymagania
- 12+ years of experience delivering complex ServiceNow projects across multiple domains (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development best practices
- Proven communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
- Creative problem-solving ability
- Holds ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or others)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level)
Obowiązki
- Design and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions to improve business processes
- Leverage latest platform capabilities to deliver transformative results
- Guide engineers and developers; manage consultancy artefacts in Knowledge Base
- Collaborate with ServiceNow, partners, and clients to create scalable architectures
- Create and design products and solutions using ServiceNow modules
- Set standards for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance ensuring quality, security, and performance
- Drive AI integration within ServiceNow projects
- Support marketing activities including organizing Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps
