React Engineer

The position is for a senior React Engineer working on the development of a standalone chat application in the banking industry. The role involves collaboration with UI/UX designers in a hybrid work mode in Kraków.

• Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and familiarity with shadcn/ui, Radix UI, or other modern design systems.
• Proven experience in building real-time streaming UIs.
• Ability to manage complex client-side state.
• Strong experience with AI-assisted tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 / Dataverse (entities, activity types).
• Familiarity with streaming AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, SSE-based LLMs).

• Develop a polished chat application using React.
• Ensure application delivers a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Collaborate with the design team to implement modern design systems.
• Manage client-side states effectively to achieve real-time interactions.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity in development.

The role is a long-term B2B contract position with a hybrid work mode in Kraków, Poland.
