Technical Lead Power BI

• Very good knowledge of Power BI / Power BI Service, semantic models, and DAX
• Very good knowledge of SQL and practical experience with dbt and Snowflake or similar cloud platform
• Experience in data modeling, KPI definition, and designing end-to-end BI solutions
• Ability to consciously split business logic between dbt / Snowflake and Power BI
• Experience with Git, code review, CI/CD, and full development to production processes
• Practical knowledge of APIs and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)
• Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and supporting developers
• Independence, ownership, proactivity, and ability to collaborate with business and Data/BI teams
• English language proficiency enabling smooth work in international environment

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Airflow, Liquibase or similar tools
• Experience with AI-assisted development, MCP, and AI agents
