The Polish branch serves as the Global Delivery Center based in Katowice with around 1,000 specialists. The Digital Platform Services department specializes in cloud, operating systems, virtualization, databases, networking, and security. The Application Services department focuses on software development, data engineering, testing, CRM, ITSM, ERP integrations, and application management across Europe.
Wymagania
- Strong Linux/Unix system administration experience including storage management (LVM, filesystems, NFS) and enterprise infrastructure operations.
- Hands-on expertise with Ansible, AAP (Ansible Tower/AWX), Red Hat Satellite, EfficientIP, Python, Bash, GitLab, and CFEngine.
- Solid experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD methodologies.
- Proven background in automation engineering, system or infrastructure administration in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
- Fluent English at B2/C1 level.
- EU citizenship and located in Poland.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and visit Katowice office.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Terraform, Kickstart, Podman, HAProxy, VTOM, n8n, and ServiceNow integrations or other workflow orchestration tools.
- Exposure to Perl/PHP automation scripts and AI/LLM-powered automation or documentation tools.
- Security clearance.
Obowiązki
- Design, develop, test, and maintain automation solutions for Unix/Linux environments including configuration management, patching, and lifecycle operations.
- Build and enhance Infrastructure-as-Code using Ansible, AAP (Ansible Tower/AWX), GitLab, Python, and Bash.
- Provide 3rd-level support for automation platforms and Unix systems.
- Develop and optimize automated workflows for deployment, configuration, orchestration, and operations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and operations teams to ensure reliable and secure infrastructure services.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, automation standards, and best practices.
