Project Manager

This position is with a Nordic bank client in the banking industry, based in Poland with work locations in Warsaw, Gdańsk, and Łódź, operating on a hybrid model of 3 days in the office per week.

• Proven experience in governance and oversight of Transaction Monitoring models.
• Strong understanding of regulatory commitments and financial crime strategy.
• Ability to translate business needs into prioritised validation plans.
• Experience collaborating with Model Owners and Subject Matter Experts.
• Strong documentation and tracking capabilities.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Quantexa platform solutions.
• Previous transaction monitoring experience.

• Owning and maintaining the model management roadmap.
• Driving model prioritisation activities.
• Coordinating model validation activities effectively.
• Partnering with various stakeholders for compliance clarity.
• Defining model governance priorities and success measures.
• Maintaining an understanding of the model lifecycle.
• Overseeing tracking and closure of model findings and commitments.
• Understanding dependencies across different capabilities.
