Wymagania
- Basic background in design with a portfolio (no commercial projects required)
- Basic knowledge of Figma
- Experience using AI tools to turn design ideas into working prototypes (experiments acceptable)
- Familiarity with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or Lovable
- Ability to explain design choices beyond aesthetics
- Proactive and open to feedback
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Polish language proficiency at C1 level
- English language proficiency at C1 level
- Student status
Nice to have:
- Portfolio projects accessible via link
- Education in graphic design, product design, or similar creative fields
- Exposure to UI or UX principles
- Experience in branding, marketing design, or visual disciplines
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Webflow, Jitter, Framer, Make or similar
Obowiązki
- Learn to design useful applications in Figma and AI tools under a mentor's guidance
- Turn designs into working prototypes using AI tools such as Claude Code
- Work on real commercial projects from day one
- Participate in client meetings and present work with mentor support
- Gain exposure to scrum process and collaborate with developers and Product Owners
- Receive continuous feedback and support from the entire design team
