Wymagania

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with over 7 years of experience in IT and architecture.
Deep domain experience in Pharma R&D, including scientific, clinical, and regulatory processes.
Proven history as a senior Domain or Enterprise Architect in complex global organizations.
Proficiency in designing target-state architectures, capability models, and roadmaps aligned to Pharma R&D.
Strong knowledge of modern digital platforms relevant to Pharma R&D such as data ecosystems and AI/ML.
Cross-domain technical fluency across Pharma R&D processes and ability to align Solution Architects.
Experience with regulatory-aware architectures compliant with standards like 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, GCP, GLP.
Skills in application portfolio rationalization including dependency mapping and decommissioning.
Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
Experience in flexible delivery methodologies prioritizing practical outcomes.
Ability to develop sustainable, outcome-driven solutions.

Additional qualifications:

Ability to lead federated architect networks without direct authority.
Trusted advisor to senior leadership with executive presence.
Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts.

Obowiązki

Act as the strategic liaison between SPG and Pharma R&D, aligning business priorities with multi-year technology roadmaps.
Lead the Pharma R&D architecture network to promote shared strategic priorities and enable Domain and Solution Architects.
Provide leadership for architecture governance activities across Pharma R&D, overseeing deliverables and technology guardrails.
Drive success of large technology programs by translating strategy into action and providing architectural oversight.
Lead development and maintenance of core domain architecture artifacts using the ArchiMEDES toolchain.
Work with Portfolio Management to embed architectural insights into investment decisions and minimize technical debt.
Monitor emerging technology trends and evaluate vendors to maintain an effective architecture.
