Regulatory Reporting Analyst, State Street Investment Management, Officer

State Street Investment Management (SSIM) is the fourth largest asset management firm globally. The Global Funds Management team is responsible for treasury, fund administration, and reporting for registered and unregistered funds worldwide, including valuation, board liaison and reporting, financial and regulatory reporting, taxation, expense accruals, service provider oversight, new product implementations and change management. SSIM has over four decades of experience with trillions of dollars under management and is a pioneer in index, ETF, and ESG investing.

• Equivalent to a B.S. degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of work experience preferably with an investment adviser, public accounting firm, or financial services organization
• Knowledge of US GAAP, SEC and IRS standards as they apply to investment companies, partnerships, and other fund structures
• Knowledge of European fund regulation (e.g., UCITS V, AIFMD)
• Ability to initiate and manage relationships within the firm and industry
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of technology including industry platforms, data tools, portals, workflow, and automation
• Requirement to work three days per week in the office

• Review and coordinate gathering of responses for monthly N-PORT filings
• Review and coordinate gathering of responses for monthly N-MFP filings
• Review and coordinate completion and filing of fund regular and ad-hoc regulatory reports and questionnaires (including Irish IF Sub Fund Profiles, host regulator report requests, CSSF Self-assessment questionnaires, semi-annual risk reports, and ad-hoc surveys)
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and best practice standards for regulatory filings
• Assist in the oversight of the funds’ service providers
• Be aware of accounting policies
• Assist in documenting guidelines, policies, and procedures
