• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including solution development and administration.
• Strong command of DAX and advanced analytical calculations.
• Expert knowledge of semantic layer design and data structures.
• Experience optimizing analytical models and report performance.
• Designing intuitive dashboards, reporting interfaces and data-driven products.
• Practical knowledge of Power BI Service and its administration.
• Intermediate SQL / T-SQL skills.
• Advanced understanding of relational data structures and modeling principles.
• Experience working with SAP BW, SAP, Microsoft SQL Server, Dataverse and SharePoint.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure Analysis Services.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric.
• Proficiency with Tabular Editor, DAX Studio and Visual Studio.
• Experience supporting deployment workflows, data refresh processes and gateway configuration.
• Managing Power BI workspaces, permissions and user access.
• Preparing technical specifications and solution documentation.
• Conducting knowledge-transfer sessions, workshops and user training.
• Providing advanced technical support and assisting team members through mentoring.

• Designing and maintaining sophisticated Power BI data models tailored to enterprise environments, including relationships, measures, calculation groups and advanced DAX logic.
• Working with diverse data platforms and integration scenarios, such as SAP BW, SAP, Microsoft SQL Server, Dataverse and SharePoint.
• Translating complex business needs into scalable analytical products, with a strong focus on usability, reliability and solution architecture.
• Providing expert-level technical assistance for Power BI environments, diagnosing issues involving datasets, calculations, data refreshes, gateways, permissions, security and report behavior.
• Identifying areas affecting solution efficiency and implementing improvements at the model, query, report and source-data levels.
• Supporting the administration of Power BI environments, including workspace configuration, deployment procedures, gateway setup, scheduled refreshes, permissions and security policies.
• Establishing and promoting appropriate standards for BI development, deployment and governance.
• Serving as a technical authority within the BI team and supporting less experienced developers through mentoring and knowledge exchange.
• Organizing technical workshops, internal knowledge-sharing sessions and training activities, as well as contributing to documentation and peer reviews.
• Reviewing existing models and solutions to ensure maintainability, consistency and adherence to recommended Power BI practices.
