• 5 years of experience in manual and API testing
• Technical skills in test management, QA processes, SDLC/STLC, understanding manual and automated testing
• Business skills including communication, work organization, stakeholder management, and decision making
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Xray), Jira, reporting tools, and quality dashboards
• Knowledge of log extraction tools such as Kibana
• Familiarity with agile development methodology, especially SCRUM
• Experience in performing manual and API tests
• Knowledge of Java

• Defining and agreeing on the testing strategy and approach for projects and releases
• Planning the scope and schedule of tests within project cycles and sprints
• Analyzing business and system requirements for testability and coverage
• Coordinating functional, integration, and regression testing processes across multiple business and system areas
• Managing defect handling including status monitoring and collaboration with development teams for defect resolution
• Monitoring quality of tests and compliance with organizational standards
• Reporting test results, identifying quality risks, and recommending corrective actions
• Using tools like Jira and Confluence for test management and documentation
• Supporting production problem analysis and integration testing using diagnostic tools such as Kibana, Postman, and SoapUI
• Supporting the team in executing manual tests
