Solutions Architect - Python & Go

Future Processing is hiring a senior Solutions Architect to build and lead a new engineering team developing a distributed platform focused on network security and traffic segmentation.

• Experience leading engineering teams (Team Lead, Tech Lead, Engineering Manager) with hands-on coding
• Proven track record of delivering and developing production systems used by business clients
• Skilled in recruiting, onboarding, and growing engineers to build engaged and effective teams
• Strong knowledge of Python and Go, with active production coding experience
• Experience designing and developing distributed backend systems
• Understanding of API design, system integrations, and cross-team collaboration
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks and manage backlog effectively
• Experience working with product teams and setting priorities and scope of delivered solutions
• Advocate for high-quality standards, including code reviews, tests, and engineering best practices
• Ability to analyze and resolve issues in production environments
• Understanding of monitoring, telemetry, testing, and safe deployment processes
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery practices
• Nice to have: experience in networking, network security, or infrastructure systems
• English communication skills at minimum B2/C1 level

• Lead and build a new engineering team for strategic product areas
• Define technical direction and ensure quality of solutions delivered
• Collaborate with Product Managers to analyze business needs, prioritize, and plan work
• Design and develop solutions using Python and Go
• Actively participate in implementing key functionalities and support the team in solving complex technical problems
• Cooperate with other teams responsible for backend, platform, and infrastructure components
• Define integration architecture and API contracts between systems
• Oversee the delivery process from concept to production deployment
• Develop processes ensuring reliability, security, and scalability of solutions
• Mentor team members, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Participate in recruitment processes and develop competencies of new team members
