IT Analyst (Data)

Ework Group is seeking a Senior IT Analyst with proven experience designing data intensive solutions, particularly within the banking industry. The role involves working in a hybrid setup across Gdańsk, Gdynia, and Warsaw, Poland, focusing on data-driven projects involving AI and scalable data products.

• Proven experience designing data intensive solutions
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in the banking industry
• Understanding of requirement elicitation techniques and analysis
• Expertise in translating business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
• Experience with AI, including Copilot, LLM, and agentic solutions
• Excellent skills in SQL, including with Snowflake and MSSQL
• Experience with Dbt
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Experience collaborating internationally with diverse stakeholders and cultures
• Understanding of domain-driven design, event-sourcing architecture patterns, microservices architecture, and clean code
• Experience with scalable data products and enabling users to become data driven

• Eliciting functional and non-functional requirements by collaborating with various stakeholders in a complex environment
• Interacting with product owners and stakeholders to clarify and translate requirements into implementation specifications
• Communicating effectively to align stakeholders on shared objectives
• Data mapping, data modeling, and solution design
• Contributing to solution design, maintainability, and application architecture
• Designing near real-time data pipelines
• Performing quantitative data analysis to identify and explain issues, and recommend solutions
• Collaborating with developers and test engineers
• Engaging with different stakeholders and building relationships
• Taking responsibility for requirements documentation, including use cases and quality improvement
• Accessing complex, distributed datasets and performing statistical analysis
• Promoting analytical excellence, challenging assumptions, and promoting best practices across teams
