UX/UI Designer - Hybrid / Katowice

People More is a technological company working on projects from scratch including UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile for a large client base in the country and abroad. The company supports partners' own solutions and collaborates with clients worldwide, offering a wide range of projects. The work environment includes a small team with international projects and a hybrid work model in Katowice.

• Professional experience as a UX/UI Designer
• Very good knowledge of Figma
• Experience in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Good understanding of UX, UI, and responsive design principles
• Very good English and Polish language skills
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Katowice

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of German
• Experience working in an international environment

• Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
• Developing and maintaining a consistent design system
• Collaborating with UX/UI Designers, developers, and business stakeholders
