Wymagania
- 10+ years of ERP project implementation experience
- SAP Certification in at least one relevant functional area with hands-on knowledge of SAP BODS
- Deep expertise in data migration execution
- Knowledge of GxP and CSV
- Functional expertise and strong leadership skills in international matrix organizations
- Proven experience with globally distributed, multi-country, multi-system teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic and hands-on approach including meetings, tracking progress, managing issues
- Fluent English (B2+ level)
Obowiązki
- Support large ERP programs, including tasks taken over from Global Data Migration Experts (GDMEs) on certain projects
- Act as deployment wave focal point for data objects in scope for deployment and local data migration
- Collaborate with Business Data Owners, deployment Functional Experts, ETL teams, and legacy teams
- Drive migration activities for deployment projects
- Verify data transformation tools and outputs
- Prepare DMW load files and perform initial verification
- Execute DVT scripts
- Coordinate defect and Hypercare incident resolution
- Resolve design defects or escalate to GDMEs
