Product Manager

Code & Pepper supports clients in demanding industries, helping them scale teams and build advanced digital products. The company is developing a SaaS workforce management platform for a client in the UK healthcare sector to optimize scheduling and staff management in medical facilities.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager working on SaaS products within an Agile development environment
• Track record of defining, building, and delivering strategic product roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Strong analytical skills to track product usage and monitor business indicators
• Ability to leverage AI tools for workflow automation and prioritization
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Client Operations teams
• Proficiency in creating product documentation including PRDs
• Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, customer feedback, and market trends
• Strong stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced technology start-up or scale-up
• Domain knowledge of the HealthTech sector or healthcare operations
• Familiarity with workforce management software or enterprise scheduling applications
• Degree or qualifications in Computer Science, Product Design, or related technical discipline
• Experience participating in B2B client meetings to demonstrate product value and gather technical requirements

• Define product strategy and lead the discovery and delivery processes
• Manage the full product lifecycle including product discovery, backlog management, and user story creation
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Client Operations teams
• Lead sprint refinement and discovery sessions
• Create clear product documentation including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and product one-pagers
• Track product usage, define success metrics, and monitor business indicators (e.g., CARR, retention, adoption)
• Leverage AI tools throughout the Product Management lifecycle for workflow automation, prioritization, and delivery
• Manage stakeholders to align cross-functional teams on product direction without formal authority
