Case Manager for Security Remediation

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
• Practical experience with IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security.
• Experience in IT Risk Management.
• Understanding of cybersecurity-related frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and ISO/IEC 27001.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Advanced communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
• A learning mindset and positive attitude.
• Ownership skills to take charge and drive responsibilities.
• Good spoken and written English.

Nice to have:

• Security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, OSCP, CEH, or CREST.

• Lead and coordinate investigation, assessment, and remediation of significant security findings.
• Ensure security deficiencies and associated risks are properly assessed, prioritized, and addressed timely.
• Act as central point of coordination with technical teams, security stakeholders, and business reps.
• Manage multiple remediation cases simultaneously, overseeing progress and removing roadblocks.
• Retain overall ownership and accountability for successful case execution and resolution.
