Enterprise Architect

Devire IT Outsourcing provides B2B cooperation for IT professionals working on innovative projects. The client is an EU-related public sector organization seeking an Enterprise Architect.

• Minimum one certification such as Open CA, Zachman Certified Enterprise Architect, CISSP-ISSAP, ITIL v3 Master, CCBA or equivalent
• Experience in the governance of architecture function
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in complex organizations
• Hands-on experience in building Enterprise Architecture culture, standards and best practices
• Strong expertise in enterprise and business architecture design
• Good understanding of business process modelling, value streams and capability mapping
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture domains and maturity assessment frameworks
• Experience with architecture and modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS Architect or similar
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks and standards including TOGAF, Zachman, Azure Well-Architected Framework or similar
• Strong understanding of IT systems, computer science principles and enterprise technologies
• Experience in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prepare documentation, studies, business cases, architectural visions and analytical models
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Leadership skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments
• Ability to define and develop IT standards, governance and policies
• Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
• Ability to analyse organizational structures, business processes and IT landscapes to identify optimization and cost-saving opportunities

• Establishment and management of enterprise architecture processes and governance
• Support for programmes and projects in planning, risk management, harmonization, change management and architectural compliance
• Development of organizational architecture capabilities and architecture management initiatives
• Design and communication of enterprise architecture, including maintenance of the architectural repository
• Design of system interoperability and interfaces
• Elicitation and analysis of business, user and technical requirements, translating them into architectures
• Mapping of business goals, project benefits, priorities, components and system features
• Definition of architecture transition roadmaps
• Preparation of system documentation and presentations
• Collection and interpretation of system metrics
• Support for projects implementing enterprise architecture elements
• Assessment of architecture maturity
• Analysis of organizational structures, business processes and information systems portfolios
• Conducting cost-benefit analyses of information systems

Only candidates operating under B2B contract are considered. Communication in English is required daily. The role involves working in hybrid mode at Warsaw location.
