Senior SecOps Engineer – Security Specialist

People More is a technology company working on projects from scratch including UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile development for a broad client base in Poland and abroad. They support partner solutions and work with clients worldwide, offering a variety of technological projects.

• Experience as a SecOps Engineer, Security Engineer, or in a similar position
• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity and vulnerability management
• Experience in analysing penetration testing reports
• Ability to assess risks and prioritise remediation activities
• Knowledge of application, infrastructure, and cloud security
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and coordinate remediation efforts
• Independence, strong organisational skills, and effective communication
• Very good English and Polish

• Analyse penetration testing results and identify high-priority security risks
• Plan and coordinate remediation activities
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams
• Provide technical support in resolving vulnerabilities and security issues
• Verify implemented fixes and monitor remediation progress
• Prepare security recommendations and improvement plans
• Ensure that security-related actions are completed on time
