Corporate Cloud & AI Partner Solution Specialist - Polish Speaking

At Small Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C), the team leads a high-growth, AI-powered global sales organization focused on driving adoption of technology through partners, covering Small Medium Business, Corporate, Strategy, and Partner teams to unlock customer opportunities. The role involves working within one of Microsoft's core Solution Areas—AI Business Process, Cloud & AI Platform, or Security—focusing on revenue acceleration within the Corporate segment and managing Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partners.

• Bachelor's Degree AND experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development OR equivalent experience
• Professional proficiency in Polish (written and spoken) is required to support customers and stakeholders in the Polish market

• Accelerate and close Cloud Solution Area (CSA) pipeline with assigned partners in the Corporate business
• Be accountable for CSA revenue forecasts across partner portfolio
• Drive Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) revenue growth through scalable partner portfolio and coach partners on Microsoft solution plays
• Manage Top Deals with pinned partners and update information in Microsoft Seller Experience tool (MSX)
• Utilize investments and incentives to accelerate deal progression and encourage deployment and consumption
• Achieve 40% of total dollar value of won/completed opportunities through co-sell with pinned partners
• Support partners in advancing key deals, removing commercial blockers, and addressing challenges
