People Technology Senior Integrations Specialist (All Genders)

HelloFresh is building a new R&D Tech Hub in Warsaw, Poland, focusing on People Technology and enterprise HR platform integrations with a global, collaborative team.

• Typically 5–8 years of experience in integrations, systems engineering, software engineering or related fields with significant responsibility for delivering and supporting live enterprise solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience designing, building and supporting Workday integrations or equivalent enterprise HR platform integrations.
• Strong knowledge of integration and software engineering technologies such as APIs, REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, middleware, event/workflow orchestration, scripting, flat files, SFTP, and encryption.
• Experience with software engineering practices like reusable design, version control, automated/structured testing, deployment discipline and maintainable documentation.
• Experience with workflow automation, AI-assisted development or AI-enabled enterprise solutions or ability to quickly develop skills in these areas.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data models, interface dependencies, failure modes, and security, privacy and compliance for sensitive employee data.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues spanning multiple systems and vendors, driving durable fixes.
• Ability to work independently on ambiguous, complex problems and provide sound judgement, escalating architectural concerns appropriately.
• Strong communication and partnering skills to explain technical issues clearly and collaborate across Product, Functional, and Operations teams.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience with continuous learning mindset.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex integrations and technical solutions across Workday and connected internal or external systems, from design and build through to production support.
• Design, build, test and maintain solutions using appropriate engineering tools and patterns, including Workday Studio, EIBs, APIs, middleware, orchestration, scripting or low-code capabilities where applicable.
• Build and improve workflow automation, intelligent integrations and AI-enabled solutions that reduce manual effort and improve employee technology experiences.
• Use AI-assisted engineering practices responsibly to improve development speed, testing, troubleshooting, documentation and solution quality.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex integration and engineering incidents, analysing logs, payloads, timing, data mappings and system behaviour to identify root causes and implement durable fixes.
• Ensure solutions meet data accuracy, security, performance, resilience and maintainability requirements, including during cyclical or high-risk activities.
• Contribute to defining and improving engineering standards, integration patterns, reusable components, runbooks and testing approaches.
• Partner with Functional, Product and Operations teams to clarify requirements, evaluate technical options, understand dependencies and translate business needs into engineering solutions.
• Explore and adopt relevant capabilities across the Workday ecosystem, including Workday Orchestrate, Extend / Build and future platform innovations.
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation and apply sound software engineering practices.
