Wymagania

Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software engineering.
Strong professional knowledge of the Rust programming language.
Experience with document generation and templating.
Knowledge of GxP standards sufficient to understand and fulfill audit requirements.
Experience integrating with document management systems (DMS).
Proficiency or willingness to master AI coding agents within 2 weeks.
Very good written English skills enabling precise regulatory documentation.
Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw (initially 1–2 days per week in office, later remote option).

Nice to have:

Experience designing systems in medical, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
Practical knowledge of audit trail and compliance best practices.
