Intern Product Owner

MasterBorn collaborates with well-established companies and startups, primarily serving the high-end American IT market. • Curiosity about how digital products are built from idea to launch
• Ability to turn ideas into simple visuals (flows, diagrams, step-by-step breakdowns) to support client conversations
• Proactive and communicative attitude with willingness to ask questions
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Notion, Miro, and Jira
• Fluent in English and Polish (minimum C1 level for both)
• Active student status

Nice to have:

• Involvement in student organizations, startups, or hackathons
• Interest in AI, no-code, or automation tools
• Familiarity or practice with Scrum, Agile, or Lean Startup
• Previous experience as a Product Owner or Project Lead in any context

• Support Product Owners in managing the backlog, defining tasks, and keeping delivery on track
• Join client calls and internal stand-ups; potentially facilitate meetings with support
• Collaborate with designers and developers
• Write clear, structured documentation
• Observe planning, estimation, prioritization, and iteration in real teams
• Provide feedback to and receive feedback from mentors and project teams
• Possibly support marketing or internal initiatives if interested

Must have active student status. Fluent in Polish and English at C1 level or higher is required.
