Wymagania
- Proven experience in developing with ETL tools such as Alteryx, Talend, with a strong preference for Dataiku.
- High proficiency in SQL for managing large, complex datasets.
- Basic Python skills for data preprocessing and automation.
- Experience with version control (Dataiku GIT).
- Demonstrated background in end-to-end data reconciliation and robust data quality management, preferably within a financial or corporate credit environment.
- Strong track record of working in Agile environments covering the full development lifecycle including writing tech specs, unit testing, and production deployment.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Strong logical reasoning and ability to work in an international, cross-regional setup.
Obowiązki
- Design, build, optimize, and maintain robust ETL workflows to support complex business reporting needs.
- Develop and automate end-to-end data reconciliation processes to ensure data integrity and consistency across complex credit datasets.
- Continuously monitor data reliability, identify inconsistencies, and uphold strict data governance standards across the data lifecycle.
- Write comprehensive technical specifications for development work.
- Conduct rigorous unit testing to guarantee workflow accuracy.
- Actively participate in project meetings and collaborate closely with cross-functional IT and business teams to implement workflow improvements.
