Intern Integration Consultant

MasterBorn is a Polish-American software house building custom digital products for clients across Fintech, Sportstech, and Medtech.

• Basics of programming in any language; knowledge of TypeScript is a plus but not required
• Understanding of APIs and HTTP: requests/responses, GET/POST methods, status codes, JSON format
• Basic knowledge of SQL: SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, and reading database schemas
• Working knowledge of Git: commit, branch, pull request
• Ability to read and fully understand technical documentation in English
• Proactivity and good problem-solving skills

• Independence in assigned tasks
• English language proficiency at minimum C1 level (speaking and writing)

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with TypeScript or another backend language
• Familiarity with asynchronous communication such as webhooks, queues
• Experience in fintech, especially working at or around a bank
• Experience leading meetings or workshops
• Knowledge of Scrum, Agile, or Lean Startup methodologies
• Experience creating technical documentation

• Support integrations between clients' systems and products by checking API requests and responses and verifying data with SQL queries
• Read and utilize technical documentation from internal and partner sources
• Investigate reported issues: reproduce, diagnose, and summarize findings for the team
• Communicate directly with clients in English to clarify requirements and provide updates
• Use Git for day-to-day version control tasks: commits, branches, pull requests
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, flag blockers early, and act on feedback
