Junior Tester

The job is in the technology industry with a focus on testing and quality assurance.

• Proficiency with text-based file formats (JSON, XML).
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Robot Framework).
• Understanding of BDD syntax.
• 1-2 years' experience in software development or architecture.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies.

Nice to have:

• Basic programming knowledge.
• Good knowledge of the supported components/procedures.
• Basic understanding of related architectures/concepts.
• Experience in creating program documentation.

• Conduct testing of HTTP interfaces and text-based file formats (JSON, XML).
• Implement test automation using tools such as Robot Framework.
• Apply BDD (Behavior Driven Development) syntax in test scenarios.
• Adapt IT systems according to functional specifications and develop admin/maintenance tools through scripting.
• Manage individual topics independently and assist in architectural support.
• Create program documentation and run program tests based on specifications.

Location requires travel to Germany once a month or every two months for a few days.
