AWS Senior Specialist

Toyota is a global automotive manufacturer. The Toyota Digital HUB in Wrocław, established in 2026, is Toyota Motor Europe’s IT research and development centre. The hub develops and maintains software and connected digital services for Toyota and Lexus brands in Europe, supporting mobility solutions including in-car multimedia, EV charging, factory digitalization, and online sales.

• 5+ years hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and multi-account setups.
• Strong skills in Terraform, scripting (Python, Bash), and GitHub.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Preferably AWS Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional certifications, with additional Security or Advanced Networking Specialty certifications.
• Knowledge of cloud networking and security.
• Experience with observability tools.
• Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
• Ability to work with large multinational and multilevel partners.
• Experience and understanding of HR digital tools in recruitment and/or training.
• Understanding of technical aspects and/or IT-related functions.
• Good English communication skills.

• Implement, automate, and manage AWS cloud environments following best practices.
• Write, review, and improve Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Contribute to automation efforts in Python, Bash, and CI/CD workflows using GitHub.
• Participate in architecture discussions and cross-team knowledge sharing.
• Support cost efficiency and operational excellence targets.
• Act as a technical team lead and proxy Product Owner for the AWS platform, translating business and platform needs into a prioritized backlog and guiding engineering teams in delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to platform architecture decisions.

Permanent employment contract located in Wrocław with hybrid work (2–3 days in office) and flexibility for travel to Brussels Head Office. Professional English proficiency required.
