Full Stack Engineer (Python/AWS)

• 7+ years of experience in Python backend development
• Strong experience with authentication protocols: OIDC, SAML, JWT, SSO
• Hands-on experience with MCP, RAG, and Agentic AI
• Strong software engineering background including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
• Knowledge of clean architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns
• Experience designing robust and scalable APIs and microservices
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, concurrency, caching, and fault tolerance
• Hands-on AWS cloud experience, including compute, networking, and IAM
• Experience with React, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and GitHub workflows
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Knowledge of software quality practices, automated testing, code reviews, and static analysis
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work in a fast-moving Agentic AI environment

• Experience with data platforms, AI/ML integrations, or database querying

• Design, develop and maintain backend services in Python using frameworks like FastAPI and Starlette
• Build secure authentication and authorization solutions using OIDC, SAML, JWT, and SSO
• Integrate applications with identity providers such as Azure AD and Okta
• Develop asynchronous and concurrent Python applications
• Build event-driven and streaming architectures using AWS messaging services and Redis
• Develop REST APIs and microservices focusing on scalability, security, and reliability
• Develop and maintain frontend applications using React, Next.js, or similar technologies
• Work with AWS services including EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM, and VPC
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform and other Infrastructure as Code tools
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
• Write unit and integration tests and maintain high code quality standards
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, security, and reliability
• Collaborate with data engineers, cloud engineers, AI engineers, and product teams
• Contribute to AI-enabled solutions using MCP, RAG, and Agentic AI
• Support production systems, incident resolution, and continuous improvement
