Fullstack Software Engineer (Java/React) z j. angielskim – Marketing Communications (B2B)

dmTECH employs over 1,400 technology experts developing retailTECH solutions for dm, a major European drugstore chain operating in Germany, Austria, and Poland. The Marketing Communication team designs digital communication experiences for dm's customers, including personalized CRM campaigns and automated customer communication solutions.

• Professional experience developing fullstack applications with emphasis on frontend and strong backend knowledge using Spring Boot, Kotlin, and Java
• Practical experience deploying and maintaining applications on Google Cloud Platform components such as Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, Cloud Build, and BigQuery
• Proficient in modern software engineering practices including CI/CD with GitLab, microservices, observability, and monitoring
• Experience working in agile teams
• Language proficiency: Polish (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)

Nice to have:

• Higher education in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or related fields
• Knowledge of German language
• Experience with React and React Native
• Experience designing frontend architectures shared across multiple teams

• Develop fullstack solutions for communication systems from concept through production and maintenance
• Design, develop, and improve backend services using Spring Boot, Java, and microservices architecture
• Support frontend implementations using React and React Native, focusing on scalability and user experience consistency
• Collaborate with product teams and internal clients to translate requirements into implementable technical solutions
• Advise and maintain services on Google Cloud Platform ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability under "You build it, you run it"
• Co-create initial concepts for agents based on large language models (LLM) for automated customer communication
• Actively participate in shaping agile collaboration methods with product teams
