Regulatory Data Analyst

DCG is a recruitment company partnering with various businesses to provide experienced professionals and ongoing support in recruitment projects.

• Strong experience in data analysis, data management, or business analysis
• Experience working with regulatory frameworks, preferably DORA, EBA, and ICT risk
• Solid understanding of contractual data, sourcing, and third-party risk management is an advantage
• Proven ability in stakeholder management across multiple functions and seniority levels
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, data visualization tools, or data platforms
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate regulatory requirements into data structures
• Experience in process design, documentation, and governance frameworks is a plus
• Structured, analytical, and quality-focused mindset
• Strong ownership and accountability
• Proactive communicator with stakeholder-driven approach
• Comfortable working in complex regulatory environments
• Ability to balance project delivery and operational excellence
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Practical experience with SQL and Power BI

• Analyze data across multiple internal systems and sources, including sourcing, contracts, and ICT services
• Support the design, validation, and reconciliation of data structures required for DORA ROI reporting
• Coordinate with sourcing, risk, IT, and legal stakeholders to ensure data completeness and alignment
• Drive regulatory deliverables in line with DORA requirements and internal governance standards
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and risks, and propose mitigation actions
• Contribute to process definition and documentation for ROI data collection and maintenance
• Act as data owner and data quality lead for key ROI data during BAU operations
• Monitor and improve data quality, completeness, and accuracy
• Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, controls, and KPIs
• Coordinate sustainable data maintenance processes with business stakeholders
• Support regulatory reporting activities and audits related to DORA
• Drive continuous improvements across data processes and tooling
