Scrum Master (Safe / SAP)

1dea is a recruitment and IT outsourcing company focusing on expert and managerial positions. The company operates globally with a base in Poland and covers sectors including IT, Transport, Spedition, Logistics, Property & Construction, and Tax & Legal.

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Experience with SAP systems and projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to lead multi-day workshops and training modules.
• Fluent in English (B2+) both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Polish.

Nice to have:

• Advanced skills in conducting workshops.

• Promote Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) within product structures.
• Organize and facilitate ceremonies such as Sprint Planning and Review/Demo.
• Monitor progress using tools like burndown charts and cumulative flow diagrams.
• Support Product Owner, development team, and Release Management.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on estimation (story pointing), user story creation, and prioritization.
• Facilitate communication between agile teams and Waterfall model units.
• Foster a culture of responsibility, continuous learning, and short feedback loops.
