AI-Native Software Engineer

At QualityMinds, the company specializes in software quality assurance, development, and DevOps services. The Polish branch consists of around 60 specialists working on domestic and international projects, including test automation, performance testing, development services, and DevOps support.

• At least 5 years of commercial software development experience, preferably full-stack, with architecture design exposure
• Advanced knowledge of Git, experience with code testing, and familiarity with CI/CD processes
• Hands-on experience with coding agents in terminal or IDE, such as Claude Code, Codex CLI, or Cursor
• Proven experience building AI infrastructure including agent configuration, architecture, conventions, constraints, custom skills, MCP integrations with tools like Jira, GitHub, databases, hooks, permissions, and patterns like orchestrator and subagents
• Ability to identify low-quality AI-generated code and propose configuration improvements

Nice to have:

• Experience with context engineering, token usage optimization, and cost control for AI-assisted tasks
• Knowledge of agent security practices including prompt injection prevention, sandboxing, and secrets management
• Experience evaluating custom skills and prompts, including creating or using evals
• A public repository showing personal AI agents configuration
• German language skills

• Develop applications as an experienced member of the project team
• Design and maintain AI infrastructure, including agent configuration, project context, architecture guidelines, coding conventions, branch flow, constraints, custom skills, MCP integrations, hooks, and agent permission policies
• Create multi-step workflows involving AI agents with orchestration, subagents, loops, graphs, worktrees, and human-in-the-loop approval points
• Assess the quality of AI-generated code and iteratively improve agent configuration
• Introduce and maintain standards for working with AI across development teams as tools and project needs evolve
