Business Process Manager

• At least 2 years of practical experience in business project management.
• Ability to work independently and organize a project team.
• Proficient in using project management tools: Jira, ClickUp, and Excel.
• Documented skills in process mapping.
• Experience cooperating in an international environment.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English at B2/C1 level.

• Manage projects from a business perspective in customer service, trading platforms, and online products.
• Organize own work and the work of the project team.
• Plan and organize work to effectively manage projects and implementation to achieve set KPIs.
• Identify risks and prioritize improvements accordingly.
• Map business processes and document them.
• Collaborate within an international work environment.
• Present arguments to improve customer experience and promptly build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Initiate and manage interdepartmental and international projects aimed at improving customer service quality or removing obstacles.
