Senior Snowflake Analyst

Optiveum is recruiting on behalf of a trusted enterprise client for a Senior Snowflake Analyst role. The position involves working on data solutions design and requirements detailing for large-scale projects. The company offers a B2B cooperation agreement and operates in the data analytics domain.

• Senior-level experience in Data/IT Analysis.
• Hands-on expertise in Snowflake and Data Analysis.
• Experience with Nasdaq AxiomSL Controller.
• Knowledge of Data Mapping and Solution Design.
• Ability to understand complex business domains, data structures, and supporting systems.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) for daily international communication.
• Proactive mindset with focus on continuous learning and team support.

• Elicit, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements, serving as a bridge between business and IT.
• Extract, analyze, visualize, and interpret data from various sources for requirements analysis and solution design.
• Create data mappings and perform gap analysis between "as-is" and "to-be" solutions.
• Analyze and contribute to IT solution design, document data flows, and describe "to-be" technical solutions.
• Produce documented solution requirements with acceptance criteria, "to-be" IT solutions, and detailed Solution Design documents.
• Participate actively in team ceremonies, manage stakeholders for organizational alignment, and share knowledge.
