Mid Content Engineer (CMS)

• Strong technical aptitude covering web technologies, content architecture, and web application workflows with understanding of fundamental web principles.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, web page structure, metadata, hyperlinks, and basic responsive design.
• Professional English proficiency (B2 or higher, written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Adobe Express or equivalent image-editing tools for cropping, resizing, simple adjustments, and web optimization.
• Experience with Figma for basic asset preparation and layout work.
• Hands-on experience with one or more CMS platforms, e.g., AEM, Sitecore, WordPress, Contentful, Drupal.
• Basic understanding of Digital Asset Management workflows including asset upload, organization, tagging, and metadata.
• Basic understanding of SEO metadata and core web accessibility principles.
• Methodical approach to repetitive, high-volume content entry and quality assurance.
• Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, open to feedback, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft SharePoint/Teams.
• Experience with digital content in the automotive industry.
• Relevant certifications or training such as HTML/CSS Fundamentals, AEM Site Author, or Contentful Content Manager.
• Education or background in IT, Digital Media, Computer Science, or Communications.

• Create, edit, and maintain content pages and web structures using CMS platforms and WYSIWYG/HTML editors.
• Upload, organize, and tag digital assets in DAM platforms; perform basic cropping, resizing, and format/compression optimization using DAM capabilities or approved image-editing tools.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, client showcases, and collaborate with marketing teams, developers, and project managers.
• Support content migration from legacy platforms to current systems.
• Conduct visual and technical QA checks against style guides, SEO guidelines, and formatting standards.
• Use Figma for minor edits to existing designs, prepare simple layouts, and export assets in web-ready formats.
• Investigate and resolve common content display and formatting issues; assist end users and authors with platform-related questions.
• Write and maintain clear authoring guides, process documentation, and knowledge-base articles.
• Utilize basic AI/Generative AI tools to assist in content categorization, summarization, quality checking, and task efficiency.
