Research Area (R&D) Lead – Classical Communication & Compute

• Expertise in multiple areas such as wireless, photonics, AI/HPC, distributed systems, and future internet architecture
• Experience in applied research, prototyping, or advanced tech development
• Ability to bridge research, engineering, and business
• Strong network in academia and industry
• Very good command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong systems-thinking and architectural mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• Curiosity, vision, and passion for deep tech

Nice to have:

• Background in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related fields
• PhD is a significant plus
