Delivery Manager

STX Next is a global IT consulting company specializing in customer-focused software services with around 500 professionals helping customers build innovative technology products.

• Over 5 years of experience in IT services management, combining hands-on delivery with strategic client ownership.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) and fluent Polish, both written and spoken.
• Ability to switch between high-level management and detailed execution.
• Commercial and financial understanding of T&M, Fixed Price, and Managed Services engagement models.
• Awareness of modern technology and SDLC, including cloud-native environments and AI-driven delivery tools.
• Strong background in cross-functional collaboration, especially with Sales and Head-level leadership.
• Demonstrated extreme ownership, accountability, analytical thinking, and confidence under pressure.
• Experience in stakeholder management, bridging technical delivery teams and C-level business executives.

• Directly manage and govern key software projects, ensuring quality, scope control, and Agile best practices.
• Manage the health and profitability of assigned client portfolios.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with international clients and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales on business growth, including expansion plans and deal pipelines.
• Introduce AI-assisted delivery practices, metrics, and automation to enhance margins.
• Partner with heads and executive leadership for strategic business alignment.
• Serve as the primary escalation point and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead and coordinate engineering leads and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence.
