Scrum Master (Mid/Senior)

DataFeedWatch is a company supporting product teams of about 14 engineers working in Scrum, focusing on delivering infrastructure that powers 20,000 merchants across 6 continents. The position involves close cooperation with Engineering Manager, Product Owners, and Delivery Manager within a hybrid remote-first environment with occasional office presence in Kraków.

• At least 3 years experience as a Scrum Master or similar role working with multiple teams
• Understanding of full SDLC including refinement, development, code review, QA process, CI/CD, release, and production monitoring
• Familiarity with technical concepts like technical debt, environments, feature flags, APIs, integrations, and incidents and their effects on workflow
• Clear and effective communication adapted to developers, Product Owners, and leadership
• Empathetic listening and ability to conduct difficult conversations respectfully
• Highly organized with accurate prioritization abilities benefiting teams and organization
• Experience fostering data-driven and outcome-oriented decisions
• Proficiency in using Jira, Miro, and Notion
• English language proficiency at B2+ level
• Polish language proficiency at C2 (native)

• Help teams remove impediments from processes, dependencies, unclear priorities, or tooling to ensure transparency and early problem detection
• Identify bottlenecks and help improve the flow of work
• Assist teams in making realistic delivery forecasts and surfacing risks early
• Use metrics (e.g., flow or DORA metrics) to gain insights and implement changes
• Collaborate with Product Owners to keep the backlog healthy and break down work into smaller valuable pieces
• Facilitate Scrum events to keep them purposeful, effective, and adaptable
• Maintain psychological safety within teams, notice tensions and conflicts early, and help resolve them constructively

The Data Controller is Wordwatch Inc. Sp. z o. o. branch in Poland, registered in Kraków.
