Application Support / Managed Services Engineers (.NET)

• 2+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Managed Services, or a similar technical role
• Technical background in the Microsoft / .NET ecosystem
• Ability to understand application architecture and troubleshoot technical issues
• Experience working with and analysing application logs
• General understanding of databases, APIs, integrations, and application environments
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS or similar) is an advantage
• Familiarity with monitoring, ticketing, or ITSM tools is beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• A proactive and responsible approach to resolving incidents and operational issues
• English at B2 level or higher
• Willingness to work in a support environment

• Providing L2/L3 and advanced L4/L5 application support
• Supporting and maintaining applications in a production environment
• Monitoring application health and investigating incidents
• Analysing application logs, errors, and system behaviour
• Troubleshooting technical and application-related issues
• Supporting configuration, administration, and application changes
• Performing root cause analysis and supporting problem resolution
• Participating in knowledge transfer and application transition activities
• Cooperating with development, infrastructure, cloud, and business teams
• Supporting releases, deployments, and production changes
• Maintaining technical and operational documentation
• Working within established incident, problem, and change management processes
