Senior Project / Program Manager (Change & Release Management) - K/M

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management in a large organization
• Practical experience in Change Management and Release Management
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and business and technical stakeholders
• Effective communication with people of varying technical knowledge levels
• Higher education in business or technology field
• Experience working in a corporate environment with complex organizational structure
• Ability to manage multi-threaded initiatives and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in English (C1)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of z/OS Mainframe environment
• Experience in banking or highly regulated industries
• Involvement in projects related to infrastructure or critical systems transformation
• Experience in planning and executing training and communication activities supporting change implementation
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and Service Transition processes

• Responsible for Change & Release Management in a program executing strategic technological changes in a z/OS Mainframe environment
• Ensure smooth cooperation between business, technical teams, and program stakeholders
• Lead the process of planning, approving, and implementing changes according to procedures
• Coordinate activities of teams responsible for changes and deployments
• Ensure effective communication and adequate user preparation for upcoming changes
• Support knowledge transfer and competence development among program participants
