IT Recruitment Coordinator (English, German)

• Experience within the recruitment industry, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Very strong client-facing skills
• Research skills and a keen interest in Information Technology
• Highly organized to coordinate with various internal and external hiring managers, candidates, agencies, and recruitment team members
• Ambitious, resilient, tenacious, and proud of delivering above and beyond expectations
• Fluent in English and German; other languages are a plus
• Candidates must declare a Criminal record extract not older than three months

• Screen and qualify candidates, making detailed notes and presenting qualified candidates to internal or external hiring managers
• Support and manage the recruitment process to deliver the best impression towards candidates and hiring managers
• Communicate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the recruitment process
• Build a trusted network of inactive, passive, and active candidates, maintaining contact with key individuals
• Gain market intelligence and create business development leads through conversations
• Actively map the market and source candidates through various channels such as headhunting, job boards, LinkedIn, and Xing
• Engage, question, and listen to people effectively
