ANALYST (Business Continuity)

This role is within the Banking industry and focuses on supporting the development and implementation of ICT Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), ensuring operational resilience and crisis management are embedded into organizational practices.

• 1-3 years of experience in developing Business Continuity frameworks or documentation.
• Understanding of relevant Financial Sector Informatics (FSI) regulations concerning ICT BCPs.
• Knowledge of Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and Crisis Management processes.
• Experience in project documentation and preparation of presentation materials.
• Strong communication skills to develop processes, procedures, policies, or frameworks.
• Fluency in English (writing, verbal, and reading).

Nice to have:

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Previous exposure to frameworks and templates in Business Continuity planning.

• Support in defining ICT disruption scenarios and linking them to relevant Critical Infrastructure Frameworks (CIFs).
• Assist in creating the ICT BCP framework and templates according to guidelines and stakeholder input.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to finalize ICT BCPs.
• Track and manage open actions from meetings and develop follow-up plans for project reporting.
• Collaborate with relevant programs to align on the content and scope of CIFs ICT BCPs.
