ERP Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)

Unravel is hiring an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution Architect to join their international team. The role focuses on delivering enterprise-scale ERP transformation initiatives across diverse industries by designing and architecting Business Central solutions aligned with business goals and technical requirements.

• Six or more years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV / Dynamics NAV) implementations
• Experience in the role of Solution Architect, ERP Architect, or Senior Functional/Technical Consultant
• Strong knowledge of Business Central architecture, configuration, and customization
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations
• Experience designing integrations with external systems and APIs
• Proven experience translating business requirements into scalable ERP solutions
• Strong understanding of ERP best practices and enterprise-scale implementations
• Experience in project estimation, planning, and costing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business trips to Dubai and other client locations
• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflow

Nice to have:

• Experience with Dynamics NAV migrations to Business Central
• Experience with Azure services and cloud integrations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience working in international enterprise environments
• Consulting or advisory background
• Experience in manufacturing, finance, retail, or supply chain projects

• Design and architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
• Lead and support end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices
• Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze processes and translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions
• Provide advisory support related to ERP systems, digital transformation, and process optimization
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams across international environments
• Oversee solution quality, including integrations, customizations, and system enhancements
• Support project planning, effort estimation, and costing activities
• Ensure scalability, security, maintainability, and performance of implemented solutions
• Provide technical guidance to consultants and development teams
• Support migration, upgrade, and integration initiatives related to Business Central
• Participate in client workshops and occasional business trips to Dubai and other international locations as part of project delivery and stakeholder collaboration
