Data Analyst

They specialize in Artificial Intelligence, Data and Cloud, Intelligent Automation, and Digital Products, working with technologies including AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, and Snowflake.

• 3+ years of experience as Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or similar data-focused role
• Advanced SQL skills including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization
• Hands-on experience with PySpark
• Experience working with large-scale datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience translating business questions into data-driven insights
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Polish and English

Nice to have:

• Experience in digital marketing analytics
• Experience analyzing customer acquisition, retention, campaign performance, funnel conversion, customer lifetime value (LTV)
• Experience with Databricks
• Experience with Delta Lake or modern lakehouse architectures
• Understanding of data modeling concepts
• Familiarity with Power BI
• Experience working in agile teams

• Analyze large datasets related to customer behavior, digital marketing campaigns, and business performance
• Design, develop, and maintain analytical datasets using SQL and PySpark
• Prepare and transform data from multiple sources for reporting and advanced analytics
• Collaborate with marketing analysts, business stakeholders, and data teams
• Support campaign measurement, customer segmentation, funnel analysis, retention, churn, and ROI calculations
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across analytical outputs
• Investigate data issues and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement
• Contribute to optimizing data models and data processing workflows
• Support ad hoc analytical requests from business stakeholders

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
