Senior SAP HANA Developer

• Minimum 5 years experience in SAP HANA development or equivalent SAP roles
• Proven expertise with SAP HANA native modeling: Calculation Views, CDS Views, Procedures, and SQLScript
• Experience designing and maintaining ETL workflows and data pipelines within SAP environments
• Familiarity with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or other legacy SAP system integrations
• Strong knowledge of data performance optimization, database tuning, and scalability for large datasets
• Experience in SAP BW environments (InfoObjects, DSOs, Process Chains, data transformations) is a plus
• Understanding of data architecture principles and experience with SAP Web IDE and BW/4HANA tools
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset

Nice to have:

• Background in manufacturing or engineering industries, specifically quality assurance or supply chain analytics
• Experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP Data Intelligence, or modern SAP integration tools
• Knowledge of advanced visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI alongside SAP Analytics Cloud

• Design, develop, and optimize SAP HANA native models including Calculation Views, CDS Views, Stored Procedures, and SQLScript
• Build and maintain efficient ETL pipelines extracting data from SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party systems
• Collaborate with teams to create scalable data flows and robust analytics architectures
• Develop end-to-end data workflows ensuring high data quality and resolving discrepancies
• Support frontend teams to provide real-time insights and interactive dashboards via SAP Analytics Cloud
• Enhance business processes with custom analytics and KPI tracking powered by SAP HANA backend solutions
• Optimize data processing performance for large datasets leveraging SAP HANA in-memory capabilities
• Contribute to cross-team projects with engineers, analysts, and architects to deliver tailored solutions
• Participate actively in Agile (SAFe) workflows including sprints, planning, and retrospectives
• Document and maintain technical best practices and knowledge sharing for SAP HANA solutions
