Full Stack Engineer - AI-Native / Agentic Delivery

Frisbii Poland Sp. z o.o. is a growing international SaaS company focused on building AI-native subscription and customer journey products. The company operates in Poland with offices in multiple European locations including Germany and France.

• Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience shaping how AI coding agents are configured and guided within development workflows.
• Practical experience working with AI coding agents in production, including reviewing and correcting their output.
• Comfort working in a spec-driven way, writing clear task/context definitions for agents or teammates.
• Experience with Angular (preferably version 19+), modern TypeScript (ES2022+), Angular Material, and CDK.
• Backend experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Microservices and REST APIs.
• Solid E2E testing experience using tools like Playwright or Cypress.
• Experience with peer reviewing and ability to work independently and in teams at a high standard.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Git and GitHub workflows.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Angular component testing and unit testing.
• Experience with internationalization tools like Crowdin with ngx-translate.
• Experience with ESLint.

• Design, build, and maintain modern, high-quality applications.
• Translate product and business requirements into scalable, intuitive, and performant user interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end features with real customer impact.
• Own features from concept to production, including implementation, testing, and long-term maintainability.
• Use AI coding agents as a core part of your workflow: break down work into agent-executable tasks, direct agents through implementation, and review their output before shipping.
• Contribute to the documentation and tooling that improve how the team works with AI, building on the existing AI-driven delivery pipeline.
• Design clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices and internal standards.
• Contribute to and evolve frontend architecture, design system, and shared Angular libraries.
• Ensure high quality through E2E, integration, and component testing; actively participate in code reviews.
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and internationalization in a multi-market SaaS environment.
• Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions, proposing improvements.

This position is open to candidates based near offices in Germany (Frankfurt, Berlin, or Kempten im Allgäu), Poland (Gdańsk), or France (Montpellier or Paris).
