H2B Group is a consulting company helping clients automate business processes using AI and supports IT specialists in career development under a B2B model. They offer projects in fintech, medtech, edutech, and industrial automation sectors. The advertisement concerns a project for a central government institution implementing a large-scale public safety project with high availability requirements and integration with specialized monitoring hardware.

• Holding at least one of the following certifications (or equivalent):
  • OCUP2 (OMG Certified UML Professional 2)
  • OCEB2 (OMG Certified Expert in Business Process Management 2)
  • CPRE (IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering)
• Documented experience in the last 3 years designing applications in at least 2 IT projects.
• Participation in full life cycle of those 2 projects: design, implementation, and deployment of IT systems.
• Each project had a minimum value of 5,000,000 PLN gross (excluding hardware and off-the-shelf software).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of public sector project specifics (Gov) and Public Procurement Law (PZP).
• Practical experience designing distributed systems, IoT/peripheral device integration, and high availability architectures.
• Familiarity with CASE tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect).

• Designing architecture and detailed functionality of applications and IT systems.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and system models using UML and BPMN.
• Collaborating closely with business analysts, architects, and developer teams to translate requirements into concrete technical solutions.
• Supervising the software development and deployment process for compliance with the approved design.
• Supporting acceptance processes and acceptance tests of critical systems.
