The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will administer and maintain enterprise Data Center infrastructure including virtualization, compute, storage, backup, and Windows Server platforms. Wymagania
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, or Data Center Operations.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise Data Center environments.
- Strong experience with VMware vSphere administration, troubleshooting, lifecycle management, patching, upgrades, and migrations.
- Practical experience managing Dell enterprise infrastructure solutions including Dell PowerEdge Servers, Dell Storage Platforms, Dell PowerScale, Dell Data Domain, and Dell Avamar.
- Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication.
- Strong understanding of server, virtualization, storage, and backup technologies.
- Experience with Windows Server administration and infrastructure services.
- Good understanding of SAN and NAS storage architectures.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise backup and recovery operations.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring platforms such as Zabbix.
- Experience with security patching, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure hardening.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Very good communication skills in English and Polish.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
- Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or Azure Stack HCI.
- Experience with Dell OpenManage Enterprise and iDRAC administration.
- Experience with Disaster Recovery testing and Business Continuity.
- Relevant industry certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Dell Technologies Proven Professional, Microsoft Certifications, and Veeam Certifications.

- Administer, maintain, and support enterprise Data Center infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot VMware vSphere environments including ESXi hosts, vCenter, clustering, lifecycle management, patching, upgrades, and migrations.
- Operate and support Dell infrastructure platforms including servers, storage, and data protection solutions.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and health using enterprise monitoring platforms such as Zabbix.
- Perform incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes including recovery validation and testing.
- Implement software, firmware, operating system, and security updates across infrastructure components.
- Support Windows Server environments and core infrastructure services.
- Automate operational tasks and reporting using PowerShell.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and technical standards.
- Participate in infrastructure modernization, migration, and capacity planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and technology partners.
- Support security, compliance, and audit activities.
- Ensure adherence to security policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
