• Good knowledge of HR processes and SAP ECP (PA/PY) configuration.
• Practical experience with SAP ECP (implementations, configuration, maintenance).
• Knowledge of integration tools and technologies.

• Good organization, reliability, and responsibility.
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Nice to have:

• Programming knowledge in ABAP.
• SAP certifications.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and other SAP products.

• Development and maintenance of SAP ECP (PA/PY) system.
• Analysis, handling, and resolution of system errors.
• Conducting unit and integration testing for new solutions.
• Supporting business users and HR processes.
• Providing training for business users.
• Preparing and updating documentation for implemented solutions.
