SAP Commerce Cloud Team Lead

• 5+ years of experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly Hybris), including workflows, tasks, jobs, process engine, payments, checkout, order fulfillment, search & navigation, and storefront
• Expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud Integrations
• Proficiency in J2EE, Java 8, and Spring Framework
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with code standards, code review, and unit testing best practices
• Experience with release strategy, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Delivery (CD)
• Experience with Scrum methodology
• Strong client-facing communication and professional business correspondence skills
• Ability to lead effective group discussions
• Adaptability and continuous learning mindset
• Team player with a customer-focused and innovative approach

• Provide technical solutions for project designs implementation
• Offer technical leadership and guidance to the development team
• Lead and drive technical discussions with internal and client-facing stakeholders
• Collaborate with other development streams and build engineers for seamless delivery
• Identify areas of improvement in processes, code, and team performance
• Coach, mentor, and monitor knowledge growth of team members
• Ensure on-time delivery with high code quality and reusability standards
